Kristen was exceptional, she went above and beyond to help find housing for my daughter knowing how worried I was for her to be moving so far away. Coming from out of state we did not know the area, she was very informative and responsive. It is refreshing to find someone who cares about her clients as much as Kristen does. I live in Michigan but at an emotionally difficult time I unexpectedly needed to sell two properties in Massachusetts, one in Cambridge and the other in Duxbury.  I've come to admire a local Michigan realtor.  "Laurie" said that she could find a good realtor in south Boston.  Laurie looked for someone successful in sales who did their own work.

The next thing I knew I was in one of the properties with a knock on the door.  It was Kristen and her assistant, Helen.  We connected immediately.  Together they've had a range of life experiences that give them accurate and caring perspectives.  They were always accessible and skilled at knowing when to move forward in the process and when to be patient.  If they offered help they followed through.  One property was beautifully staged, managed and sold without my presence.  They had solid connections for legal representation during the closings.

Me and my boyfriend had a great experience working with both Helen and Kristen from RE/MAX platinum. Searching for your first house can be stressful but they did an awesome job making us feel comfortable and appreciated. Kristen was SPECTACULAR! She was super responsive, asked great questions, and is a wealth of knowledge, even for what might be considered a “complex” sale scenario.  She took time to get a feel for the house and our goals and provided some great feedback, above and beyond what was necessary to really truely help us understand our options.
